What data we collect
This archive collects a minimal set of data:
- Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, and email address submitted voluntarily through the contact form on the homepage. This data is used solely to respond to the inquiry.
- Analytics cookies: If accepted via the cookie banner, basic visit data (page viewed, referrer, approximate geographic region) may be collected through a self-hosted analytics tool. No personal identifiers are stored.
- Server logs: Standard web server logs record IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP status codes. Logs are retained for 30 days and are not used for profiling.
Cookies
One functional cookie stores your cookie consent choice (key: rh_cookie). This cookie contains only the value "accepted" or "rejected" and has no expiry beyond the browser session. No third-party tracking cookies are set on this domain. The cookie banner appears on the homepage only, and once a choice is made it is not shown again.
Legal basis
Data collected through the contact form is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a user-initiated request). Analytics data, if accepted, is processed on the basis of consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this domain.
Data sharing
No personal data collected through this site is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Server logs may be reviewed by the hosting provider (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) as part of standard infrastructure services.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless an earlier deletion is requested. Server logs are purged after 30 days. Analytics data, if collected, is retained in aggregated form indefinitely; individual session records are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights under GDPR
Residents of the European Union have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data held about them. To exercise these rights, contact info@rushmere.eu. Requests are handled within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes to this policy
Any material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the archive after a policy update does not constitute consent to any new data practices.
